The Model PP90 Turntable features full 90° powered rotation. This unit is ideal for heavy duty applications requiring powered versus manual rotation. The PP90 can be fitted with various styles of powered conveyor such a multi-strand chain or chain driven live roller to convey material on and off of the turntable.

HEIGHT ELEVATION: 12″ to 48″
CONSTRUCTION: 3/4″ thick top plate with slewing ring center bearing.
TURNTABLE SPEED: 2 RPM, fixed.
AIR REQUIREMENTS: Requires 40PSI air pressure of clean, filtered air at consumption of approximately 0.05 cubic feet per 90-degree rotation.
FEATURES: 2-position double Solenoid Valve and Filter-Regulator-Lubricator with 3/8” NPT port for supply air. Also includes (2) proximity sensors for rotational position. Everything is prewired and terminated in a 6” square junction box.
CONTROL VOLTAGE: 24VDC or 120VAC/ 1Ph/ 60Hz
TURNTABLE COLOR: Powder coated blue (RAL 5017). All guarding is yellow (RAL 1023) and moving parts are bright red orange( RAL 2008). Click HERE to see other standard color options. Custom colors also available.
