Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors, commonly referred to as CDLR, provides a positively driven, heavy duty, live roller conveyor. Because of the positive chain and sprocket drive, it’s an ideal choice for conveying pallets, containers, drums and other heavy unit loads. In addition, it’s well suited for dirty or oiling environments, where other types of live roller conveyors won’t perform.

CDLR19 – Chain Driven Roller, 1900 Series
Model CDLR19 is a chain driven live roller conveyor that offers a positive drive for handling heavier loads. The rugged 1.9″ diameter rollers are ideal for medium to heavy duty applications like drums, wheels, and totes.
CDRC19 – Chain Driven Roller Curve, 1900 Series
Model CDRC19 is a chain driven live roller curve conveyor commonly used with our CDLR19. It offers a positive drive for negotiating 90, 45, and 30 degree turns. The rugged 1.9″ diameter rollers are ideal for medium to heavy duty applications like drums, wheels, and totes.
CDLR25 – CHAIN DRIVEN ROLLER, 2511 SERIES
Model CDLR2511 chain driven live roller conveyor is the workhorse of heavy duty handling and is an excellent choice in severe service duty applications. It’s rugged construction with 2-1/2″ diameter rollers is well suited for loaded pallets, drums, and containers.
CDDB25 – CHAIN DRIVEN ROLLER, DUAL CHAIN BOX, 2511 SERIES
Similar to model CDLR25, the CDDB25 has a dual chain box allowing for closer (3”) roller centers.

CDLR26 – CHAIN DRIVEN ROLLER, 2607 SERIES
Model CDLR26 has the same rugged features as our Model CDLR25, with the added benefit of heavy wall rollers. The heavy wall rollers are an excellent choice for impact zones or fork truck load/unload stations.
CDDB26 – CHAIN DRIVEN ROLLER, DUAL CHAIN BOX, 2607 SERIES
Similar to model CDLR26, the CDDB26 has a dual chain box allowing for closer (3”) roller centers.

Model CDRC26 is a chain driven live roller curve conveyor commonly used with our CDLR26. It offers a positive drive for negotiating 90, 45, and 30 degree turns. The heavy wall rollers are is well suited for loaded pallets, drums, and containers in rugged industrial applications.
CDLR35 – CHAIN DRIVEN ROLLER, 3530 SERIES
Model CDLR35 is the most robust conveyor of the CDLR series. The 3-1/2″ o.d. x .300 wall, high capacity rollers, and standard structural channel frames, are suitable for heavy loads, and the most abusive industrial applications around.
CDTRC – CHAIN DRIVEN TAPERED ROLLER CURVE, 11 GA. TAPERED SERIES
The Model CDTRC is used to help maintain product orientation through a curve in the conveyor line. Tapered shells can accommodate a wide range of standard and custom radiuses, and can interface with our CDLR19, CDLR25, & CDLR26 models.
