Pallet Dispenser in a Pallet Handling System
LEWCO’s Pallet Dispenser can be an integral component of a Pallet Handling System. A Pallet Dispenser or Stacker/De-stacker provides an automatic method of stacking or de-stacking pallets.
This equipment typically runs in destack mode, where a stack of pallets is loaded onto the conveyor and sent in to be de-stacked. In de-stack mode, one pallet at a time will be lowered onto the conveyor and released down the conveying line.
This equipment can also run in reverse (stack mode). The pallets are conveyed into the stacker one at a time, where a mechanism lifts the stack, making room for another pallet to be inserted. Once your desired stack is built, it is lowered and conveyed to its destination with the use of LEWCO’s Chain Driven Live Roller or Multi-Strand Chain Conveyor.
With this design, settings can be adjusted to accommodate various pallet heights, should your needs change over time. LEWCO’s Pallet Dispenser can be used with containers or bins as well.
