Lewco Automotive Seat Delivery System

LEWCO recently provided an Automotive seat manufacturer with a system of Zoned Belt Driven Live Roller Conveyors along with Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors, to handle pallets for seat assembly. The pallets were loaded on one level and the empty pallets were returned on the lower level.

The system also had a repair loop where seats could be sent for rework and returned to the main line once complete. The completed seats were then unloaded from the pallet and the empty pallet is returned to the beginning of the line.
