The Model PP360 Turntable features full 360° powered rotation. This unit is ideal for heavy duty applications requiring powered versus manual rotation. The PP360 can be fitted with various styles of powered conveyor such a multi-strand chain or chain driven live roller to convey material on and off of the turntable.

ROLLERS: 2.625″ dia. x 7ga. mild steel tube with 11/16″ hex axle, spring retained, with precision, greased packed ABEC bearings, and #60 sprockets. Standard roller surface is carbon steel. Roller options include: cotter pin retained axle, polyurethane roller sleeves, and Ultrex accumulation sleeves.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION: Standard frame includes structural channel 6″x8.2# on chain box side & 4″x5.4# on opposite side with rollers set 0.31″ high. Other frame options include:
- Structural channel 6″x8.2# with rollers set 1.69″ low
- Formed 8ga. channel, 6″ on chain box side & 4″ on opposite side with rollers set 0.31″ high (bolted frame)
- Formed 6″x8ga. channel with rollers set 1.69″ low (bolted frame)
TURNTABLE PLATE: Standard is 3/8″ plate with slewing ring center bearing.
MOTOR: 1/2 HP to 2 HP, totally enclosed fan cooled inverter-duty motor. Optional power off brake motor also available. Standard voltage is 230/460V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz. Optional voltages include: 115V/1Ph /60Hz, 208V/1Ph/ 60Hz, 230V/ 1Ph/ 60Hz and 575V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz.& 24VDC. Motorized driven roller (MDR) also available.
