The Model PP360 Turntable features full 360° powered rotation. This unit is ideal for heavy duty applications requiring powered versus manual rotation. The PP360 can be fitted with various styles of powered conveyor such a multi-strand chain or chain driven live roller to convey material on and off of the turntable.
ROTATION: 360-degrees. Electric motor driven. Optional indexing available for 90, 180 and 270 degrees.

CONSTRUCTION: 3/4″ thick top plate with slewing ring center bearing.
MOTOR: 1 HP, totally enclosed fan cooled inverter-duty motor. Optional power off brake motor. Standard voltage is 230/460V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz. Optional voltages include: 115V/1Ph /60Hz, 208V/1Ph/ 60Hz, 230V/ 1Ph/ 60Hz and 575V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz.
CONVEYOR SPEED: 10 – 150 FPM (feet per minute)
TURNTABLE SPEED: 2 RPM, fixed. Optional variable speed up to 10 RPM.
FEATURES: (2) proximity sensors for rotational position. Everything is prewired and terminated in a 6” square junction box.
CONTROL VOLTAGE: 24VDC or 120VAC/ 1Ph/ 60Hz
TURNTABLE COLOR: Powder coated blue (RAL 5017). All guarding is yellow (RAL 1023) and moving parts are bright red orange( RAL 2008). Click HERE to see other standard color options. Custom colors also available.
