Pallet Dispensers are used to separate and dispense pallets, one
at a time. The pallet is loaded on a conveyor and conveyed into a
dispenser; pneumatic forks on each side engage the stack, and
an electric motor-driven chain lifts the stack leaving one pallet on
the conveyor. Often, an exit conveyor is also included. Typically,
the exit conveyor is 2-strand C60 or C80 drag chain (model
MSCC), but other conveyor options are available. Pallets are
loaded on the infeed conveyor. The equipment is a great way to
maximize the efficiency of your product line.
SPEED/RATE: Up to 80 FPM
CAPACITY: 4,000 lb load capacity
INFEED & EXIT CONFIGURATIONS: Options include 90° discharge to the right or left and 180° rear discharge.
EXIT CONVEYOR: 2-strand C60 or C80 drag chain conveyor (model MSCC) with adjustable guardrails on both sides, chain centers up to 60″, and a 12″ – 18″ infeed elevation. Optional conveyor: chain driven live roller conveyor (CDLR). Other conveyor options are available.
STACKER: Handles up to a 12″ difference in width with manual adjustment. Stackers are capable of stacking dunnage, racks, and other containers with fork pockets.
CONVEYOR & STACKER MOTOR: 3/4HP up to 7.5 HP inverter-duty motor. Optional power off brake motor or non-inverter-duty motor. Standard voltage is 230/460V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz. Optional voltages include: 115V/ 1Ph /60Hz, 208V/ 1Ph/ 60Hz, 230V/ 1Ph/ 60Hz, and 575V/ 3Ph/ 60Hz.
EQUIPMENT COLOR: Powder coated blue (RAL 5017). All guarding is yellow (RAL 1023) and moving parts are bright red orange (RAL 2008). Click HERE to see other standard color options. Custom colors also available.
