2.5″ O.D. x 14 ga. Gravity Roller Curves are used to provide smooth product flow through turns. Curves will convey products with minimum degree of pitch based on weight and size. Optional guard rails may be added for product protection.

ROLLERS: 2.5″ dia., 14ga wall tubes with 7/16″ hex cold rolled steel axle, spring retained. Standard A40 bearings are light oil lubricated. Optional A41 bearings are greased. 290 lbs roller capacity.
FRAMES: Standard FC97 set high 3-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 12ga formed steel channel
with bolted 2″ x 8ga galvanized angle crossties. Optional frame include FC38
channel, 4-1/2″ x 1-1/2″ x 12ga set low.
ROLLER COVERS: Optional Orange Polyurethane, 1/8″ wall.
COUPLINGS: Bolted butt couplers Standard on both ends of channel.

Floor Supports:
- Floor supports are not included unless specified. Supports can be added to achieve a variety of heights (Top of Roller).
- Supports can be added with different beginning and ending elevations to achieve gravity flow.
- Floor supports can be provided on 5′ or 10′ nominal centers. It is recommended that conveyors wider than 32″ have supports on 5′ centers. It is also recommended that conveyors with height elevations above 35″ use knee braces (model KB17 or KB18).
