LEWCO Red Poly-V Driven Roller Conveyor

LEWCO’s Poly-v belt Driven Roller Conveyors feature roller assemblies with LEWCO’s Patented Grooved Hubs and Mounting Method, driven by matching Grooved Belts. This innovative combination provides a much more positive drive arrangement than “O-ring” driven rollers. LEWCO provides PLV19 (1.9” O.D.) and PLV25 (2.5” O.D.) models that, in certain configurations, can handle loads up to 2500 lbs. These conveyors are well suited for 24 VDC MDR and 24 VDC Flat Motor zoned accumulation configurations.

LEWCO routinely provides these conveyors for very high speed applications.  Capable of speeds in excess of 800 f.p.m. and tightly packed roller spacing, LEWCO has developed Patent Pending Poly V driven Merge and Alignment conveyors, including versions with 1-3/8” rollers on 1-1/2” centers for small packages and poly bags.
