LEWCO Metal Automotive Pallet Handling

LEWCO recently provided an automotive seat manufacturer with Zero Pressure Zoned Accumulation, Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors and Pop up Chain Transfers to convey metal racks efficiently through the assembly area of the plant.

LEWCO worked with the end user to design the system to fit into the floor plan and machining sequence. The conveyors were set up and fully tested in our Sandusky, OH. facility prior to shipping to the customer’s facility.
