Portable Unload Conveyor Unit for Mobility Products Manufacturer
Our customer, a mobility products manufacturer, receives un-assembled scooters in a 2′ W x 3′ L x 2′ H box. These scooters weigh 200 lbs. and the boxes are stacked into delivery trucks. Therefore, they required a solution to unload these trucks efficiently. LEWCO’s team of engineers designed that solution by creating a non-powered, portable conveyor unit with an integrated lift and ball table. This will allow the customer to place the unit directly behind the delivery truck to make for easy unloading of boxes. The integrated lift and ball table will allow for height adjustability (24″ to 60″) for various trucks.
