2.5″ Diameter 7 ga. Gravity Roller Curves are used to provide smooth product flow through turns. Curves will convey products with minimum degree of pitch based on weight and size. Optional guard rails may be added for product protection.

ROLLERS: 2.625″ dia. x 7ga. mild steel tube with 11/16″ hex axle, spring retained, with semi-precision, oiled bearings. Standard roller surface is carbon steel. Bearing options include combinations of precision, semi-precision and non-precision construction with light oil or grease packed lubrication. Optional cotter pin retained axle. 750 lb. roller capacity.
ROLLER COVERS: Optional Orange Polyurethane, 1/8″ wall.
FRAMES: Standard FC96 set high 4″ x 1-1/2″ x 8ga formed steel channel with
bolted 2″ x 8ga galvanized angle crossties. Optional frames include FC19 channel
5″ & 4″ x 1-1/2″ x 8ga set high and low or FC39 channel 5” x 1-1/2” x 8ga set low.
COUPLINGS: Bolted butt couplers standard on both ends of channel.
CONVEYOR COLOR: OSHA safety blue powder (RAL 5017). All guarding is yellow (RAL 1023) and moving parts are bright red orange (RAL 2008). Optional colors available.
