This hinged conveyor provides an opening for convenient access to either side of a conveyor line. Low maintenance design, can be easily adjusted to lift with a minimal amount of effort.

ROLLERS: 2.5″ dia., with 11/16″ hex cold rolled steel axles, spring retained. Standard A50 bearings, oiled 425 lbs., 11ga roller.
FRAMES: Standard F96 set high 4″ x 1-1/2″ x 8ga formed steel channel. Optional F39 set low 5″ x 1-1/2″ x 8ga.
ROLL COVERS: Standard carbon steel. Optional roll covers include Orange Polyurethane, 1/8″ wall or galvanized tubes.
COUPLINGS: Can be connected to the same model conveyor with matching frame option and matching between frame dimension.
CONVEYOR COLOR: OSHA safety blue powder (RAL 5017). All guarding is yellow (RAL 1023) and moving parts are bright red orange (RAL 2008). Optional colors available.
