Inverted angle design made from 4ga. bottom plate and 4″ x 1/4″ angle.
Includes (2) individual 12″ wide chocks.
Space apart as necessary for fork truck wheels.
Includes 5/8″ holes for 1/2″ anchor bolts. Anchor bolts not included.
