LEWCO Enhances Manufacturing Flow for Door Handling with Poly-V System

LEWCO recently provided a door manufacturer with a system of Poly-V Conveyors, Poly-V Pop-Up Belt Transfers, along with Multi-Strand Belt conveyors to handle doors in process from existing machines.

LEWCO worked with the end user to design the system to fit the current floor plan while enhancing material flow within the existing manufacturing process. The conveyors were set up for a full test in our Sandusky, OH. facility.
